1. How long does a posting stay active on the site?
Good question! Your open house will be posted 48 hours after we receive both information and payment. It will stay active on the site until at least the day after the open house. Please do not send us information for open houses more than 2 weeks in advance as open houses are only posted for one week at a time.
2. I don't have a Paypal account? How do I pay?
You have two options. First, you can sign up for a Paypal account. It's quick, easy and free. Click Here to sign up. Second, you can pay with a credit card. Just click the "Pay Now" button on the bottom of the listing page. You will be directed to the main Paypal site where you will have the option to pay with a credit card.
3. What happens if I have to cancel my open house?
If you must cancel an open house, notification must be given no later than two days prior to open house. Post will be removed as a courtesy, however, no refunds will be given as services have been rendered (open house was posted).
4. What services do I recieve with a premium listing that I don't get with a free listing?
